Creamcheese Pudding

Ingredients
3 oz cream cheese
5 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamonClick to find more about cinnamon powder
1/2 cup sugar

Preparation
Mix all the ingrediants except for the sugar in a blender.
Seperately heat the sugar till it melts and then pour it in a dish that can go into the oven. When sugar hardens pour the mix over it.
Put the dish in a baking tray and fill the tray with water.
Put it in the oven at 325 F and let it bake for app. 1 1/2 hrs.
Keep on checking by inserting a toothpick in the centre.
If the toothpick is clean on coming out, the pudding is done.
Times may vary.
You can top it chocolate caramel too.
