Ingredients
1 kg. salmon fish, cut in fingers

1 teaspoon Ajinomoto

2 eggs, beaten
2 cups bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Preparation
Add saltClick to find more about salt, pepper, Ajinomoto and vinegarClick to find more about vinegar to fish and marinate for 4 hours.
Dip the fish fingers in beaten eggs and cover with crumbs.
Deep fry on medium heat till golden brown.
Serve hot with ketchup and french fries.
