Ingredients
1/2 kilo fish (washed with saltClick to find more about salt or vinegarClick to find more about vinegar or lemon)
3-4 green chilies
1 cup of fresh dhunia leaves
1 tsp garlicClick to find more about garlic paste
SaltClick to find more about Salt according to taste
1/4 tsp haldiClick to find more about haldi powder
2 tbs ImliClick to find more about Imli water
2 tbs yogurt
1 large tomatoClick to find more about tomato
1 medium size onionClick to find more about onion

Preparation
Grind all the spices together except onionClick to find more about onion and methiClick to find more about methi.
Fry the onionClick to find more about onion in oil.
Add the grinded spices and methiClick to find more about methi and dry the water.
Add the pieces of fish and leave on very low heat.
Cover and cook till soft.
Add a little water if necessary.
DO NOT COOK THE FISH FOR A LONG TIME OTHERWISE IT WILL BECOME HARD.
