Chocolate Chip Cookies, COOKING RECIPES
- Chocolate chips ¼ cup
- Brown sugar ½ cup
- Roasted and crushed peanuts ½ cup
- Powder white sugar ¼ cup
- Egg 1
- Barley porridge 1 cup (crushed)
- Refined flour ¾ cup (sifted)
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oil ½ cup
Cooking Directions
- Pour all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it with a spoon.
- Take a greased ovenproof tray.
- Place spoonfuls of the batter on the tray in the form of biscuits at a distance from each other.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15 minutes.
- Remove and cool before serving.
